A. High Current Rectifier(HRC)Structure Feature & advantages

1. Structure overview:

The control cabinet is of GGD closed structure and opposed access door at the front and back for operation and maintenance. The gauge, control switch and potentiometer are installed front door plank of the cabinet; the signal light is installed on the top panel in the front of the cabinet and the entrance hole is set at the bottom of the cabinet for user connection. See Figure (II) for its appearance and installation dimensions.

B. High Frequency Rectifier Structure & Feature

1. Cabinet Consists of several monomer modules

2. Structural characteristics:

1)The cabinet adopts a closed structure and is completely isolated from air, Which prevents the device and the circuit board corroded by the air.

2) Cooling water using metal pipe (copper pipe), under the water pressure is big, to avoid the plastic water pipe leakage phenomenon caused by the aging or water pressure is too high, to ensure the safe operation of the module.

3)Water-cooled radiator has adopted many around waterway structure, less water consumption, cooling speed, improve the efficiency of heat dissipation on the machine.

4)Casing surface using metal paint technology, enhance the anti-corrosion ability of products, and prolong the service life.

3.The advantages of the product:

1)Power saving effect is good: can save 15%-30% than silicon controlled rectifier power. It’s easy to operate and maintain. The output is stable with a low voice. And the service life is long.

2)High stability:The response of the system is fast, and the effect of stabilizing voltage is great. Accuracy of output current can be better than 0.1%, output voltage accuracy can be better than 0.5%.
